When you choose Maple Puck, you’re choosing to support a Canadian brand from the Maritimes and the Canadian printing work that brings our products to life.
Our apparel graphics are printed to order in Canada through our production partner, Printeez. Blank garments and their materials may come from outside Canada. “Printed in Canada” describes where the graphics are applied, rather than where every garment is cut, sewn or manufactured.
Production and transit are separate.
Our printing partner reports an average apparel production time of 3–5 business days. This is an estimate, and embroidery or busy periods can take longer. Carrier transit starts after production. Contact us before ordering for an event or deadline.
Your order may need time in production before it is handed to the carrier. Any production or delivery estimate shown with your order should be read as an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Rates and taxes.
Standard shipping within Canada is a flat $13 CAD per order. Orders of $100 CAD or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free standard shipping. Adding more items does not increase the standard flat rate. All orders ship using standard shipping. Shipping charges and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order information and tracking.
Please check your email address, delivery address, postal code and selected sizes before completing checkout. Shipping notifications and tracking details, where available, are sent to the email address used for the order.
Changes and delivery problems.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll check whether it can still be corrected; changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipped. If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
